HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE TESTING & HIGH PRESSURE GAS TEST

PT. Renoyafa Cakrabima Mandiri is equipped with a skillfull workforce that are able to perform Testing for Manual Valves, Safety Valve, Control Valve and calibration and stroking test for the Actuator operation (Penumatic, Hydraulic & MOV)with high quality expertise.

•Two fixed clamping rigs take care of small valves which is threaded or socket weld end connection. Three fixed clamping rigs take care of PSV valve. Larger valves are tested on the floor and inspected from our viewing platform.
•We have a large range of blank caps in several pressure classes for valves up to 36” nominal diameter and constantly expand the range as required for new sizes and end configurations.
•Hydrostatic pressure tests up to 10,000 psi and low pressure air tests up to 100 psi can be performed.
•Water chamber 1200 x 1000 x 1000 mm3 for High Pressure Gas Test Water filter (RO) to maintain water chloride content not exceed 30 ppm.

The test can be performed with Hydrotesting, Pneumatic test and High Press. Gas Test with pressure referring to International standards, not limited to :
•API 598, 6D, ISO 5208 for manual valves
•API 527, ASME I & VIII for Press. Safety Relief Valves
•ANSI B16.04, ANSI/FCI 70-2 for Control Valve
